Privacy policy.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google). We use Supabase for authentication and data storage.

Subscription data: your plan, subscription status, and billing identifiers issued by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

Usage data: standard web analytics (page views, performance metrics) via Vercel Analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), acting as merchant of record. Polar handles your payment details, invoices, sales tax/VAT, and refunds under their own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the subscription status and customer identifiers needed to unlock your access.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't email you marketing you didn't ask for.

Data retention & deletion

Your account and its data persist while your account exists. To delete your account and associated data, email the desk at support@cutpoint.app and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
